We need a Paid Advertising Specialist who can run high-performance campaigns that generate real business results.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and whatever other platform makes sense
  • Continuously tweak campaigns to improve CTRs and increase conversions
  • Create compelling ad copy that doesn’t sound like it was written by a robot
  • Use data, not guesswork or gut feelings, to make smart decisions 
  • Stay on top of industry trends and algorithm updates, because things change fast
  • Report on performance in a way that’s clear, concise, and actually useful

What you bring

  • X years of experience managing paid ad campaigns with real results to show
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others
  • Interest and eagerness to explore and work with AI tools for enhanced productivity
  • An analytical mindset—you love diving into data and making sense of it
  • A no-nonsense approach to advertising: focus on results, not vanity metrics
  • The ability to prioritize high-impact tasks and not get bogged down in the details
