What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and whatever other platform makes sense
- Continuously tweak campaigns to improve CTRs and increase conversions
- Create compelling ad copy that doesn’t sound like it was written by a robot
- Use data, not guesswork or gut feelings, to make smart decisions
- Stay on top of industry trends and algorithm updates, because things change fast
- Report on performance in a way that’s clear, concise, and actually useful
What you bring
- X years of experience managing paid ad campaigns with real results to show
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Interest and eagerness to explore and work with AI tools for enhanced productivity
- An analytical mindset—you love diving into data and making sense of it
